Snowshoeing in Grand Teton National Park

I took a group of photography students with snowshoes to photograph the Mormon Row Barn near the Tetons. There was a lot of snow and it was a difficult walk, but it was worth it.

Tigers

In continuation of the theme from the last few posts here's a couple photos of tigers. If possible, I'll work on finding different subject matter for the next post.

Fox Cub

Most people enjoy animals. People who are fond of animals like baby animals even more. It's been a while since I've been able to post anything as I've been busy moving into and fixing an old house. Here's a fox cub I ran into during the weekend though. (I know a baby fox is properly termed a kit (or cub or pup) and a male fox is called a dog, a female fox is a vixen, so is it proper to call the fox pictured below a vixen kit?)

Jeremy and Erin wanted some fall family portraits so we hurried out before the snow came and here's a sample of what we got.

Painting with Light

Wanting to try something new and finding a few helpful tips online, I tried light painting for the first time. I colored two LED bulbs, one red and one blue, with a marker and tied them together and this is the result:
